Local: Every year thousands of members of Nashville’s Hispanic community gather to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, and the celebration has been such a success that it will now need to move to a new location! Pray for the planning team to have clear vision and great favor with the city of Franklin as they determine the new location.
Global: Sheryl, one of our Missionary Partners to Nepal, recently underwent oral surgery to correct a serious infection caused by a root canal she had nearly 20 years ago. The lesion was much worse than expected and they are awaiting the biopsy report. Please pray for divine health and healing for her body and a good report on the biopsy results.

Local: Pray for our Ministry Partner Barefoot Republic. Pray for their monthly Barefoot Clubs, a mini- “camp” for kids and youth from diverse racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds formed to help them establish strong, life-giving, transformational Christ-centered relationships.
Global: Please pray for Dan and Sheryl and the ministry in Nepal. The landlord that owns the building where the studio is wants to move back in and displace the studio. There are trying to work with him to find him an alternative house. So let’s pray that can happen.

Local: The Lord has given us great vision for this year, and we are excited about what He is going to do through MissionTEN! Please pray that, as a Body,we would both individually and corporately all embrace going to a new level in being on mission with God. Ask the Lord for specific strategies for your family in personal evangelism, community outreach, congregation multiplication, global partnerships, and world impact teams as we head into the most fruitful and dynamic year we have known!
Global: The devastation from the earthquake in Haiti two weeks ago continues to affect many people. There is still a great demand for medical assistance, food and water supplies. Although everything has been shaken in the lives of the people in Haiti, be praying that they would see that only God is unshakable and that they would run to Him for safety, provision and peace! Pray also for peace, comfort and healing for those who have lost loved ones or have family members who have not been recovered from among the destruction.

Local: The English as a Second Language (ESL) classes held at our Woodbine campus are beginning again on January 30. Pray that the hearts of the students would be softened to receive the Gospel, that they would respond to the calling of the Lord, that strong relationships would be built between the volunteers and the students, and for an increase of volunteers in this new season.
Global: This past Tuesday, a massive earthquake hit Haiti, killing thousands of people, and demolishing much of the nation. Pray that those who were affected by the earthquake would receive safe shelter, medical attention, food, water and other essentials. Pray for healing in the hearts of those who have lost loved ones, or have not been able to make contact with their families. Pray also that New Song Pedernales, which is near the Haitian border, would be mobilized to be the hands, feet and heart of Jesus to the people of Haiti.

Local: With the below-freezing weather and icy winds, it can be a challenging and tough time for those who are homeless in the Nashville area. Please pray for the men, women and children who are without shelter, food and water. Pray for physical doors to be opened to them to provide for their safety and needs, and for their hearts to be opened to see God as the Compassionate Father who sees all their needs, and as the Great Provider who will provide for His children.
Global: God has given Tracey Thompson, Missionary to
Kazakhstan, unique opportunities to minister to local prostitutes. Recently, while talking with these girls in a local hotel, men posing as immigration agents came in to take some of the girls and force them to sleep with them, and they tried to take Tracey and her translator until they learned she was an American. Please pray for divine safety and providential care for the prostitutes that Tracey is connecting with. Local: As we enter into the season of Christmas, pray for a fresh outpouring of God’s spirit of abundant and
extravagant giving to be poured out on His Church. Pray that the Church would respond by giving
extravagantly and abundantly to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the least and the lowest and the broken and bound.
Global: Missionaries Mark & Bev (Middle East) are currently ministering to the family of a Muslim-background believer. Their son is in a coma in intensive care after being hit by a car. Please join them in praying for the healing of this young man, and for God to use this situation and Mark & Bev’s presence to impact the family and others for Christ.
