New Song Spring Hill
CONGREGATIONAL PASTORS:
Jordan & Bethany Roe
Welcome to New Song Spring Hill!
I’m so glad you stopped by and would love to introduce myself. My name is Jordan Roe, and I have been part of New Song Christian Fellowship for over ten years. My wife, Bethany, and I moved to Spring Hill in 2006 to assist in multiplying a congregation in the area, and we have been serving as the Congregational Pastors here since September 2009. We absolutely love this community and are very excited about what God is doing here!
We have several community partners we are very honored to work with, and I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to a few of them:
The Family of Hope is a new program that centers on ministering to single mothers in our community who are functioning in survival mode to meet their basic needs – caring for their children & caring for themselves. Our desire is to help partner with these moms and help meet those needs by providing these single mothers with care, community and connection through free childcare on Mondays and Wednesdays, family meals around the table, and ongoing acts of service in other needed areas such as cleaning, maintenance, auto & home repair.
The Well Outreach is a food pantry in Spring Hill, TN that provides emergency food assistance and other types of care to families in need in our community. This is a ministry that is very dear to our heart, and we serve them in many areas such as assisting with food drives, volunteering during pick-up hours, offering our facility as a food collection location, and sowing financially. We are excited about the vision God has given us to continue to expand and support this ministry.
Place of Hope Ministries in Columbia, TN is a Christ-centered alcoholism and substance abuse treatment center that we are blessed to serve and partner with. The treatment, services, and support it offers are life-changing for its patients. In addition to these services, it also functions as a homeless center and soup kitchen. If you are interested, we have many ways to serve in what God is doing through this program.
City Fest is a free event hosted by our Spring Hill Parks & Recreation Department but run by over 10 churches and local businesses & restaurants. This family-oriented event that happens throughout the summer on the grounds of the UAW Hall in Spring Hill. The event begins with free food provided by local restaurants and businesses, games and activities for kids, and live music. It culminates at dark with popcorn and a family-friendly movie shown on a 20-ft. blow-up screen. While it is hosted by the City, the event is primarily run by the churches of Spring Hill, which has presented multiple avenues of building relationship and sharing the love of Christ.
God is moving in tangible ways in our community, and we would love for you to be a part of it. Join us on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m., and we will gladly share more with you about who we are and what God has called us to. We are located at 220 Town Center Parkway in Spring Hill. If you happen to be visiting on the first Sunday of the month, please plan to stay for a meal after service.
We look forward to meeting you,
Jordan Roe
