For weddings on the New Song Cool Springs Campus, please follow these steps:
- Contact Wayne Detweiler’s office at 377-8037 x233.
– Wayne works with couple to set the date and holds the date on church calendar.
– Contacts Pastor Dale’s office and Calendar Coordinator to confirm wedding date is a go.
**Please note that your date is not secure until you hear confirmation back from Wayne.
Please allow 7 business days.**
– Connects couple with Pre-marital mentors.
– Wayne will connect you with the Wedding Coordinator once the date is confirmed.
Dates & Times (please see NS Woodbine Wedding Packet for other options):
– All Rehearsals need to begin no later than 4 p.m. the day before and end at 5 p.m.
– We are not able to accommodate Rehearsal Dinners.
Friday Weddings:
– We are not able to accommodate Friday Night Weddings.
Saturday Weddings:
– For Saturday Ceremony & Receptions, the ceremony needs to begin by 1 p.m. in the Celebration Room, Reception beginning by 2:30 p.m. in the UTurn Room.
– Saturday Receptions need to be done by 4:00 p.m.
– We are not able to accommodate Childcare during wedding events.
- Wedding Coordinator will contact you and set up your first meeting.
