Weekly Prayer Points

Local: Please lift up all those in our city who are out of work and looking for jobs. Many have lost their homes or are in danger of losing them. Pray for the Lord to open doors of opportunity and for those in need to have eyes to see the next step and increased faith to take it. Take 30 minutes to an hour one day this week and prayerwalk your neighborhood. Pray for the Lord’s will to be accomplished for each home that is for sale and for the Lord’s blessing to be upon those families as they wait. Ask the Lord to show you how He wants to use you to be a beacon of hope and light to those in need in your sphere.

Global: Praise God for the safe return of our Domenican Republic team! Please continue to pray that the work the Holy Spirit began in the hearts of the people through our team will continue on through covenantal relationships and strong discipleship. Also pray for all the relationships our oversees missionaries are building with people in their community. Ask the Lord to continue to pour out wisdom and for a spirit of perserverance as our missionaries mentor and disciple. Pray as well for their spirits to be fed as they feed others.
