New Location for Mothers’ Room
Beginning TODAY the Mothers’ Room will be located in a portion of the Living Room. This new area will continue to provide privacy but also more space, better seating and an updated changing area. Please remember that New Song Kids’ Ministry, located in the Learning Center next door, welcomes the opportunity to care and minister to your children beginning at 6 weeks of age.
LSM BOOKS
If you have already signed up for Life School of Ministry classes you can pick up your books today in the living room.
Host Homes Needed
Do you desire to impact the next generation? If so, one major way to have an impact is through serving as a Host Home for one of our Student Interns. We are still in need of Host homes for a couple of our guy Student Interns. They are “low maintance” and “high impact”! Just buy an extra gallon of milk and some laundry detergent and you’re set. Oh, yeah, they need a bed to sleep in. If you want more information please contact Debi Kittinger @ 615-293-0787.
T-shirt Summer Sale
Want the T-shirt, but already have the CD? Starting this week, we are selling the Alabaster Heart T-shirts for $15 (no CD download included). So stop by and get yours today at the Resource Center!

Your Voice Makes a Difference
To be able to vote in the upcoming State General Election on Tuesday, November 4th, you must be registered to vote no later than October 6th. If you have not already registered to vote, then we would like to help make that process easy for you.
Today in the foyer you will see voter registration tables set up. You may fill out a registration card and leave it with us to file with the county. If you prefer you can take a card with you and mail it in yourself at a later date.
If you have any questions, we have workers available to assist you at the tables. We hope that you will participate in the privilege of the electoral process and express your faith and values by exercising this democratic right.
Weekly Prayer Points:
LOCAL: Habitat for Humanity has begun development of a 450 home project in North Nashville which would be a huge blessing for low income homeowners. However there are a group of local folks who are organizing a protest amongst the community as they don’t want their neighborhood and home values to be impacted. This protest is causing division and show a lack of love - one of the leaders of the protest is a preacher. Please pray for an outpouring of compassion and God’s peace to bring understanding and unity to the community.
GLOBAL: This week marks the middle of the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan. Every day during this Muslims fast and pray for compassion, self discipline and purity. We recognize that these are worthy goals, but that their prayers are to a false God. During this season many Muslims will receive dreams and visions of a “man in white” who is the true God. Pray for Jesus to reveal Himself to Muslims globally during this significant time.
